If you are a fan of fresh white teas, consider this one! Our farmer in Sanxia produces this very minimally processed, light and somewhat delicate white tea. It will only improve with age but feel free to drink the whole thing now. Loose-leaf white tea is very voluminous and delicate so we are selling this only in the original farmer packaging of 75g, it won't fit in our sample bags lol.
Harvest: Winter 2021
Notes: Honeysuckle, hint of peach. Hotter temps bring out fresh hay.
Brewing: Fill up your gaiwan and douse with 180 deg. water. Steep for two minutes, or until colorful. Strain and enjoy. Repeat several times.
