For our domestic customers we offer flat-rate FAST USA shipping for only $5. All USA orders come with a free sample, a $3.99 value. Most of our customers get their teas in just a few days!
For our International customers, shipping is costly for us and we have to charge $20 for the rest of the world including Canada... BUT we will include a 2oz/56g bag of our flag-ship Misty Mountain Oolong, a $14.99 value for FREE for those outside the US! This is a big expenditure for us but we hope this will make the shipping cost a non-issue for our international tea lovers! You basically are getting $5 shipping. If you really want another tea of comparable value or less, let us know in the comments at checkout. We can make that happen!

SHIPPING METHODS
1) Domestic parcels under 1 lb. are sent USPS First Class. Parcels over 1 lb are sent USPS Priority
2) International parcels are sent First Class International. Note that this does not include insurance. If you would like shipping another way, like DHL we can arrange that too but there will be additional expense. Contact us for a quote.
RETURNS
We don't accept any tea back once it's left us but, If we made a mistake with your order please let us know! We ARE a human-run business and we do make mistakes sometimes. Of course, we'll make it right for you.
STOLEN TEA
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for stolen packages. There are some stores that replace stolen merchandise but they deal with industrial factory widgets with super-high margins while we're providing hand-produced teas. We can't be responsible for tea stolen from purchasers property.
