Order fulfillment mistakes:
Friends! We are human. We don't have fancy barcode scanners or warehouses filled with employees... we have our hands and our eyes just like a traditional Mom and Pop Shop. Occasionally, mistakes will be made BUT we promise to make it right. Just contact us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We are the owners and we are reasonable people.
If you aren't happy at all with your teapot contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We allow returns within 30 days packed the same way you received it for a full refund. Shipping cost will be reimbursed within 7 days of us receiving the teapot. Please only use water to test it. Take your time and see how it pours, how it fits in your hand, how you like it and how it makes you feel. If you choose to brew tea in it, we will not be able to accept your return as this starts the seasoning process which someone else might not appreciate.
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for stolen packages. There are some stores that replace stolen merchandise but they deal with industrial factory widgets with super-high margins while we're providing hand-produced teas. We can't be responsible for tea stolen from purchasers property.
