ORDER FULFILLMENT MISTAKES: Friends! We are human. We don't have fancy barcode scanners or warehouses filled with employees... we have our hands and our eyes just like a traditional Mom and Pop Shop. Occasionally, mistakes will be made BUT we promise to make it right. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll correct any mistakes!
TEA: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We are the owners and we are reasonable people.
STOLEN TEA: Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for stolen packages. There are some stores that replace stolen merchandise but they deal with industrial factory widgets with super-high margins while we're providing hand-produced teas. We can't be responsible for tea stolen from purchasers property.
USA MISSING TEA: If a package is lost please let us know. Generally the local post worker makes a mistake and it’s best to visit your local post office with the tracking number and have them track it down for you. If that is unsuccessful we will file a lost package claim.
INTERNATIONAL MISSING TEA: Very occasionally tea goes missing outside the USA. We send the tea International First Class which is the cheapest option for our customers. If tea is lost outside of the USA there is nothing we can do. We can’t file a claim and there is no insurance. It’s generally not a problem but sometimes it does happen. If you would like fully insured delivery, please let us know beforehand and we’ll send you a quote on shipping. Unfortunately, International shipping is expensive and this is the best we can do.
TEAPOTS: If you aren't happy at all with your teapot contact us at email@example.com. We allow returns within 30 days packed the same way you received it for a full refund. Shipping cost will be reimbursed within 7 days of us receiving the teapot. Please only use water to test it. Take your time and see how it pours, how it fits in your hand, how you like it and how it makes you feel. If you choose to brew tea in it, we will not be able to accept your return as this starts the seasoning process which someone else might not appreciate.
