Sumatra Black is grown by Taiwanese farmers in the mineral-rich, volcanic soils of Sumatra! I would classify this as a Rock Tea as it embodies that soft/mineral quality (like real yancha) with a slight sweetness and a good mouth feel. Brewing: Add a heaping teaspoon of Sumatra Black Tea to 8oz. of 205° water. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
