If you are a fan of fresh white teas, consider this one! Our farmer in Sanxia produces this very minimally processed, light and somewhat delicate white tea. It will only improve with age but feel free to drink the whole thing now.
Note: This white tea is very voluminous and delicate so we are selling this only in the original farmer packaging of 75g, it won't fit in our smaller bags without breaking all over the place lol.
Harvest: Winter 2024
Brewing: Fill up your gaiwan and douse with 180 deg. water. Steep for two minutes, or until colorful. Strain and enjoy. Repeat several times.
