This is our Dong Ding Oolong masterfully roasted by a friend of ours in Taichung. If you like roasted oolongs, this is a great choice! I find myself drinking this all the time especially in Winter. Smooth and full of flavor, this tea will age well so stock up and invest in years to come. We generally only carry the Winter crop of this tea because the pour offs are soupier.
Hack: Get a bunch of it and store it in a canister in a closet somewhere. After about five years you can start pinching from it. You'll be glad you did.
