Our friend Farmer Luo makes this small-batch, hand-made tea in the Alishan growing region only once per year in the Summer, and only after being visited by a tiny insect called a leaf hopper.  More info on Taiwan's leaf-hopper bitten teas can be found HERE

Summer 2024: Right now as it's been recently processed, we're getting more baked bread than honey.  I expect that to subside to more honey as it settles in.  It's a nice tea as it sits though.
