Our friend Farmer Luo makes this small-batch, hand-made tea in the Alishan growing region only once per year in the Summer, and only after being visited by a tiny insect called a leaf hopper. More info on Taiwan's leaf-hopper bitten teas can be found HERE
Summer 2024: Right now as it's been recently processed, we're getting more baked bread than honey. I expect that to subside to more honey as it settles in. It's a nice tea as it sits though.
