Dark, rich and inviting. Black teas aren't just for breakfast any more. If you are looking for a good, rich black tea I suggest our Formosa Assam from one of the best farmers in Sun-Moon Lake area of Taiwan. On it's own it's fantastic but it can take a dash of milk as well. A bit more nuanced is our Red Jade. I'd only drink this straight as it's quite complex and resembles more of a very dark oolong. The others are all very good and high quality, each distinct in their own way. Some of our long-time customers have taken to blending them together in various proportions to get continually new drinking experiences, while most stick with the tried-and-true originals year after year.
