She specifically chose a black Laguna clay for these pots. It has nice little golden sparkles in the bright light.
This is a hand-made wood-fired tea pot by Taiwanese master Mashalu, whose name means "Thank you" in her native aboriginal home language. It's not untrue to say that we searched many years to find just the right partner to deliver BTTC teas in just the right way.

Take your time and see how it pours, how it fits in your hand, how you like it and how it makes you feel. If you choose to brew tea in it, we will not be able to accept your return as this starts the seasoning process which someone else might not appreciate.
